Hello! I just bought a townhouse and am looking for the right roommate! I do liquor sales in RiNo so I work from home half of the day and then am in the market for the other half with work from home days here and there. I'm a big fan of the outdoors and live music. I have a 9 year old toy labradoodle name Tula; she is as friendly as could be and doesn't really bark.

Townhouse Minutes from Belmar!
This townhouse is 3 stories; master bedroom/office loft upstairs, kitchen, small living area, bedroom & separate bathroom on the main floor, and a large living room and laundry room downstairs. Please note that the furniture pictured is not mine as I have yet to take occupancy!! It needs to be brightened up with some fresh paint and newer furnishings, and a few things updated just in general, such as adding a front patio/porch. It is just minutes from downtown Belmar shopping center, King Soopers, Whole Foods, Costco and so much more! There are some biking/walking trails near by and it's about 15-20 minutes to downtown Denver! Your bedroom would be the one with music instruments in it in the photos, it has a decent sized closet...and I don't know why the entire bathroom isn't photographed but it is a full bath!
