We are two males working in the financial services industry. We know each other from college, and are seeking a 3rd roommate for the 3rd bedroom. We generally have a laid back lifestyle, but we like to keep things around the apartment tidy. We both cook our own dinner during the week, and keeping the kitchen/apartment clean is very important to us.

Monday through Thursday is generally pretty quiet, both of us have to be up early and often work late. We like going out on the weekends to bars in the East Village and surrounding areas of Stuytown. We don't generally host people at the apartment for parties/pregames, but every so often we have friends stay over.

The ideal roommate would be someone in their early - mid 20's, mature, and is an all around good person :)

We will of course want to meet and chat and show you around the place, and that will give us a better idea of who you are and hopefully give you insight into who we are.
