Looking for a roommate to move into a beautiful 3-bedroom craftsman style house in Atwater Village, neighboring Glendale, Los Feliz, and Silverlake. The house is well-maintained and has front and back yards, driveway, hardwood floors, front-load washer and dryer, central air/heat, security system, dishwasher, and storage space. Walkable to local food, shops, bars, and the post office. It’s a pretty laidback community and we haven’t had issues with crime.

I live in the front bedroom and am looking for a roommate to move into the back room. I’d love to meet for coffee and get to know each other before committing to living together. A medium sized dog lives here as well, so we’re looking for animal lovers who are used to living with a dog. She is trained and friendly but does bark when excited.

Non-smoking property so no cigarettes or weed. Vapes are ok.
