Sam S - $1,500/month

Hello! My name is Samantha but I prefer Sam. I currently reside in San Antonio, TX but grew up in upstate NY so I'm no stranger to the cold. Here is some things I think are important to know about me:
- I am a vegetarian but I do still eat seafood occasionally and don't mind if you cook/eat meat at home.
- I love cooking and tend to do it a lot but I'm always willing to share.
- I'm a big crafter and always have a project going.
- I very much enjoy vintage and thrift style for my home and wardrobe and always try and buy second hand if I can.
- I'm a pretty neat person and like to keep a clean home but even I'm not perfect and can make a mess sometimes but I will always clean up within the day.
- A normal week night might look like me on the couch watching TV with my dog while working on a project and drinking a glass of wine.
- I drink regularly at home and partake in social drinking out on the weekends (when we could at least).
- 420 friendly I just don't enjoy smoking myself.
- I've recently started trying to be more active and do yoga/go on walk almost everyday.
- I do have a wonderful little 20 lbs Jack Russell/Corgi mix who is15 years old. Her name is Georgia and she loves spending time with people. She does shed a decent amount so I completely understand if you wouldn't want her in your bedroom but I do clean up after her fur as much and as regular as I can. She is a loving dog who just enjoys being near people and getting a belly rub or two every once and a while so I would hope you would
indulge her with a little cuddling on the couch.

Lastly my home is my safe space and I would like to be comfortable in it. I believe the best roommates are good at communicating when problem arise and understand one another's boundaries. As long as we are on the same page about that then everything should work out!
