Hello everyone I’m looking for a female roommate to look for an apartment with me for a June 15th move in. The reason I am asking so early is so that we can get to know each other a little bit and search together.

My budget is $2,000max for my half. So $4,000 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath

Income must be around 80k due to the 40x rent requirement.

I’ve been living on my own and paying my own rent for about 4 years now so I’m very responsible. I currently live in a 1 bedroom but would like to save some money.

I am a real estate agent myself so I can be of some help in the search I just need to find a person.

A plus for me is that you are Caribbean or of Caribbean background😊 as I am Caribbean but definitely not required!

A plus for you is that one weekend every month you will have the apartment to yourself as I am also in the military.

I’ve been doing some research on the rental market and it’s pretty bad but still doable.
