Hi there I have 1 Room available to sublet in charming Noe Valley, in a two bedroom/ one bathroom Victorian. Bedrooms are on the opposite of the side of the apartment and this room faces the spacious backyard. Black out curtains, large closet, high ceilings. There is a third bedroom that is kept as a yoga, mediation, chill space. The backyard is an oasis of greenery and my favorite spot for morning coffee.

Transportation: Bus and trolley stop one block away.

A bit about me... I'm a chef that works nights during the week. In my free time I'm usually biking to and from coffee shops, eating at restaurants, doing yoga, or planning my next pop up. And yes this means you get to taste all the tasty morsels.

Top priorities for me is to keep a clean and peaceful home. As a private chef I prep out the kitchen on occasion for clients so it has to stay very tidy.

Its important to me to find someone that aligns with lifestyle as well. If your a big partier this is probably not the right fit for you.
