Hey! I’m Eshaan (most people call me Esh), 27M, moving to San Francisco for work and looking for a room or roommates for a year lease.

Budget: ideally ~$1,500–$2,300

Location: flexible within central/eastern SF (Mission, SoMa, Hayes Valley, Potrero Hill, Dogpatch, Lower Haight/Duboce, Nob Hill, North Beach, etc.) — aiming to stay within ~20–25 min of Mission Bay.

A bit about me: I’ll be working in a data/analytics role and expect to be in-office 3 days during the week. Outside of work, I like exploring, trying new food spots, and generally getting to know the city. I’m social and enjoy hanging out, but I also value having a calm, clean home environment to recharge.

I consider myself to be a pretty easy-going person. I’d describe my living style as clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I’m pretty low-drama, communicative, and easy to live with.
