We are both quiet and introverted. We do have 4 cats and a dove, but they are all friendly. We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on almost a quarter of an acre on a small cul-de-sac in the Newport community. Heather works as a vet nurse and I am a gse mechanic at IAH. We have a new refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. The common areas are furnished except your room. You will have your own room with access to a full bathroom. Your room has fresh carpet and a walk-in closet. The house has fresh interior paint and has been renovated. We will share the common areas. We prefer an introvert. Your rent will include electricity, water, trash, & sewage. We have full access to the private Newport "beach" at Lake Houston, but you will have to purchase a key. We also have access to the splashpad, parks and restrooms along the trails, but you will have to buy a key for that also. Must be a clean individual! Thanks for checking us out.
