Croatiae T - $1,000/month

Hello!

I am currently seeking a room to rent either on a month-month or 6 month timeframe. I am interested in moving in sometime in November preferably mid to end November. I would prefer to live close to downtown HCA but I’m open to living a little further out. I am an introvert. If I’m not working then I am studying for school. I do tend to work long hours and spend roughly 10-15 hours per week on school (I am a part time student).

I do have OCD, so a clean place is very important to me. I am a quiet person. I do not party, drink or smoke or have any pets. I am very allergic to cats and have a slight allergy to dogs. I rarely have people over at the place I’m currently living at. I’d prefer someone that is the same way.
