I’m subletting two rooms in a typical new york railroad apartment. My current roommate and I divided the place so that we each get a bedroom and a living room. There are two separate entrances, shared kitchen and bathroom. The rooms for rent are not furnished. I can give out a nightstand and a table if needed. I live with my cat, Tortellini, but he mostly chills in my bedroom - currently he doesn’t have access to the other part of the apartment and it can stay that way. The apt is located in a close proximity to all necessities: laundry (1 block away), trains (M and L), pharmacies, bars, cafes etc. The sublet is for min 6 months; 1 year preferred.
