This is a single story modern ranch home on a large corner lot with views in semi-rural Mt Helix, an unincorporated area of San Diego County. Situated on a hill, there is street parking.
I have 2 rooms and one dedicated bath available. I intend to rent only one room at a time. The rooms are approximately 12x12 ‘and 12x11’ furnished with queen beds, dressers, windows with shutters, double closets with shelving. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. Kitchen access and use of appliances and pots, pans, dishware.
This iis a quiet, clean,comfortable home within 15 minutes of SDSU and downtown and 20 minutes from Kaiser and Sharp Memorial and only 7 minutes from Sharp Grossmont. I have a 9 yr old Wheaton Terrier who is nosey. You must like dogs, Not iinto partying, drugs, or the like. I work from home M-F.
