Two rooms for rent in beautiful subdivision

I have two rooms available in beautiful La, Costa (Carlsbad). with a shared bath. You would be sharing the home with with me, my 21-year-old son, and our two cats.

We live in in a very chill and quiet subdivision.

We are a fairly quiet house, walk the middle road (spiritual yet are part of the world in a balanced way) and are artistic. We also love all things technology, EDM music, cars and learning new things. We are total nerds.

I'm ok with either 1) short-term room rental 2) long-term lease if it's a good fit 3) using a room as an office (of course the price would be less)

The Tranquil Room - is approx 9 x 9 and thoughtfully painted in indigo and turquoise, with a small closet, making it ideal for a minimalist setup or temporary landing spot. It is is furnished with a small desk and bed. ($1100)

The Inspired Room - is approx 10 x 11, sunny, spacious with a beautiful turquoise wall mural and window nook. ($1500)

Both rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. They come with high-speed Wi-Fi, and utilities included.
