No smoking of any kind. Also, I'm not a party person. May host a gathering but don't party.

2 rooms for rent. Both unfurnished $500.

Willing to rent to someone who has minor children (no adult children). No more than 2. $50 additional added to rent per child.

Quiet respectful household.
This home is best suited for individuals who maintain a structured schedule (work and/or school, etc.).
City quiet hours observed: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
No overnight guests (holiday visits from family/friends are understandable, we can discuss overnight stay in these situations). Off street parking (in front of the house) - 1 car per room rented.

I work from home. If you have children, I am home during the day and can assist with certain things pertaining to children, as discussed and agreed upon in advance. This does not mean babysitting/watching children full time. This is more so if you have children that are getting off the bus, I will be home for that.

There is a seperate fridge for housemates.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Copy of Driver’s License or valid ID.
Background check required (a simple background check can be completed right on roomies and you provide the results). No references or deposit required.
