It is a shared home and the noise level has to be at a minimum and space is also minimal & limited. You have free access to ONLY the front yard, kitchen, and half bath and shared bathroom.
NO Laundry access, but Laundromat is 5 mins drive or 10-15 mins walk. Convenience stores are all 5-10 mins WALKING distance including ALDI, WALGREENS, and Multiple GAS STATIONS.
5-10 mins DRIVING distance includes WALMART NEIGHBORHOOD, ROUSES, DOLLAR TREE, and ASIAN MARKET, ARABIC MARKET, and LATINO MARKET.
