Arushi M - $1,100/month

I'm an incoming international student for an MA in the Department of English, University of Toronto! Would like to live in an all-woman household, splitting rent for single bedrooms and shared communal spaces. I'm big on loads of sunlight in the living area/bedroom/kitchen, I smoke but do not mind keeping all that out of the house if my roommate needs that. I'm pretty clean when it comes to communal spaces and would love the same in my roommates, though a little clutter is always normal. I'm VERY communicative and like to set reasonable, considerate boundaries so that all of us can be happy and comfortable. Also down to being friends if we get along, but no need to force it!! Super excited about living in Toronto and exploring :)
I'm social enough to be out most of the day, and to invite friends over sometimes (would always communicate with roomie to make sure it's okay, whether overnight or just for a day-hangout). I don't mind the same with my roommates but I'd prefer if there wasn't an overnight guest every night. I'm kind of a night owl because I study best around 1-2 am, and I might sleep in quite a bit on my class-less days. My budget is maximum 1100, but would prefer if it went a bit lower, even.
