One bedroom available in a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment. The apartment is in the heart of Queen West and right next to Osgoode station. Close to many coffee shops, restaurants, parks, the AGO and other vibrant community features. All utilities are included, excluding wifi which will be split 50/50 between the roommates. The unit is a ground floor unit however, it is very safe as it backs onto the fenced-in private courtyard. The courtyard is also monitored by security overnight.

Unit amenities: Dishwasher, fenced private outdoor space, full shower and tub, large windows, lots of storage space, large floor-to-ceiling closets (not pictured in bedroom), air conditioning.

Building amenities: Rent controlled, shared laundry room, two private fenced-in outdoor spaces (a green area and a courtyard), overnight security, required fob or buzzer building entry, on-site building manager and maintenance.

- First and last months rent

About me (the roomie):
Hi, I’m looking for a roommate starting August 1st! I am a 24 year old recent graduate from OCAD University. I work two jobs, as a server and a close-out supervisor. I’d say I’m an ambivert, I love to spend the night in crafting or watching a movie but I also love a good night out socializing. I am going on my fourth year in this apartment and I have loved my time in the neighbourhood.

I am looking for a roomie who is clean, respectful of boundaries, mindful of noise & each other’s schedules, and willing to actively contribute to a harmonious living environment. I’m really looking to find the best fit :)
