I am easy-going person, kind, tidy (not a clean freak but like things to be clean), good conversationalist, naturally curious, and enjoy meeting new people! I work in social policy research (specifically criminal justice). Queer if it matters (if it does, probs not a match). Really only into having one roommate

Community is important to me and I appreciate/and strive for mutual respect, good communication, and ideally friendship with my co-habitators. Not really into functional-only.

I am quite social and love to be out doing things, enjoying nightlife, traveling, exploring, being in nature. Love biking, museums, being active/fitness, hiking, anything water-related, seeing musical/ theatre/dance shows.

When I am home, I like to cook/bake, brew kombucha, care for plants, play switch (Main with Wendy in smash. And what?!), catch up on my stories on Netflix. I enjoy being creative with little projects: writing, painting, etc. I am also a big board game nerd.

Looking for a place with quick access to west Manhattan (30min or less), nearby nature-feature (park, water, etc), W/D in-unit, workable kitchen (more then 1-2 surfaces and cupboards), and within a great community. I set neighborhood preferences but open to suggestions that fit these criteria!
