Bryan H - $1,500/month

Hey, I'm Bryan. I'm 24, single, and a finance professional from Atlanta but currently living in Austin. I plan to move to NYC in late October/November with my dog, Laila, and I'd like to get a roommate who'd want to start a lease/find a place together. I'd like to consider myself very extrovert. I love meeting new people, going out, and trying new things. I’m also big into things outdoors including hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. I'm a pretty clean person (definitely not OCD), but very respectable, and a caring individual. Currently I am WFH but actively interviewing for hybrid positions in NYC. Generally during the week I'm a homebody focused on work and the gym. On the weekends I like to enjoy myself - go out and explore the city, go clubbing/dancing, have friends over for dinner, etc.

I’m also apart of LG(B)TQ community and 420 friendly! My ideal place would be a 2+br/2ba with in-unit washer/dryer, and close to subways and dog parks.

My dog is a 3 yr old, 40 lb, fixed female lab mix and she's honestly a great companion - potty trained and great with anyone.
