Hi All! I'm currently living in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, been here for 4 years, and the time has come to say goodbye to my first NYC apartment. It's bittersweet, but I'm excited to start fresh in a new space, that offers more space and hopefully more amenities as well! I'd love to meet someone who aligns with what I'm looking for in a space & a roomie, and to begin the apartment search together. I'll be looking for a lease that starts November 1st. What I'm looking for in a roommate: - Someone who shares a few similar interests with me (music, fashion, decor, going out & exploring the city) - Someone who is: -Considerate, clean, open minded, chill What I'm looking for in an apartment: - Great lighting - High ceilings - Close to one or two train stations - Decently close to grocery store - Would ideally love a 2 bed/2 bath, with a good amount of storage and shared living space (I know, impossible to find in NYC right?!) - Would love to have a gym and washer/dryer in the building. Gym is high on my list, either nearby or in building - Would love outdoor space/roof access - Open to various neighborhoods in BK, but would love to focus on these areas: Williamsburg, Fort Greene/Clinton Hill, Prospect Heights, Park Slope, Greenpoint, Bushwick, Crown Heights
