We are two young professionals, Andrew & Tom who enjoy all of the perks of the neighborhood including dining at amazing restaurants, having drinks at bars or coffee shops and going out for a good time. Attending live sports, music, comedy, and spending time with friends are usually how we fill our weekends. We met in undergrad at Penn State, and are both from upstate New York. Before NYC Andrew lived in Denver and Tom lived in Philadelphia and we have both studied, lived, and traveled around the world. If there's any specifics you'd like to know just ask.

This is a private 10'x9'6" room with a private bathroom. The bedroom has 2 large windows that look into an interior block courtyard. The unit has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and 2 common spaces in total. The first common space we share as a home office and the central common space we use as a living space and kitchen. It's on the corner of Waverly & Grove - sorry no wizards.
All photos are from previous tenants but we have the central space similarly used with a larger kitchen island, couch, and mounted TV.
