Hi! My name is Caroline. I am looking for a fourth roommate to fill a bedroom that is opening up in a 4-bedroom apartment.
We have a large 1-bedroom in LES available as a sublet (May - August 2025). Bedroom is large, with room for a King size bed, large dresser, standing desk and lounge chair. The three other roommates are 28/29, extremely clean, and friends from college.
As part of the apartment, there is a shared common space of a large kitchen with a cooking island, dining space, and living room. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher are in-unit. We have central air/heating. For the best view of the room, happy to provide a video!
