Hi! This room is move-in ready and fully furnished. We are seeking a female student renter to share our very clean and tidy apartment. One thing to note is that the room's door is shared with another bedroom. To access the available room, you would need to walk through the other room. The person in that room owns the apartment and works 9-5 pm.

-Communicate openly about any concerns or issues to maintain a harmonious living environment.
-Respect personal space and boundaries.
-Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours.
-Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards your roommates.
-If using shared appliances or equipment, clean up after yourself.
