I have a room to rent in my 3 Bedroom 2 Bath rent-stabilized apartment in Bed-Stuy. My roommate and I are looking for one more person to sign a lease with us starting May 1.
Laundry & gym in the building. Rooftop deck & elevator. 2 blocks from the J train (Gates Ave.) The unit has central heating/air, huge south-facing windows, & a dishwasher.
Rent is $1070. You'd be sharing a bathroom with the other roommate (Kristen.) The bedroom has a large closet & can comfortably fit a full/queen bed and a desk.
No broker's fee. Security deposit is one month's rent. Utilities are separate, on average about $70 per person per month.
