I’m moving to NYC for work and am looking for a roommate to help cut down on rent. I’m a funny and easygoing guy, I enjoy sports, music, travel, and just having a good time. Always down to go grab a beer or catch a game but also likely to want to watch a good movie or stand-up. Looking for a roommate who is clean/tidy, respectful, and pretty easy to get along with.

Prefer to have Male roommates but not opposed to other arrangements if a good fit. I will be working in the FiDi and would like to live where I would have an easy commute. My move-in date can be somewhat flexible, but would ideally be the second week in February.
