Jade D A - $1,600/month

My name is Jade. I am 22 and was recently accepted to Columbia for a masters program. I don't smoke or drink. I tidy up after myself and am respectful of privacy and boundaries. I like to cook at home and I try to go to the gym early most days. I have a little 12-year-old Shih Tzu who is very indifferent towards others and very calm. She doesn't shed and essentially sleeps in her bed all day. I'd consider myself a very kind and considerate person and overall a good roommate. My budget is max $1600 and I am looking to move some time in August 2022. :)
