ROOM AVAILABLE IN HAMILTON HEIGHTS 3 BEDROOM

Hi Everyone!
My roommate and I are looking for a FEMALE roommate to move into our 3-bedroom apartment for a March 1st, 1-year lease.
We have a very spacious apartment in West Harlem close to Columbia University and City College two blocks from the 137th street 1 train. 3rd floor walk-up, live-in super, gym, and laundry in the basement.
The room available ($850 + Utilities) is on the opposite side of the apartment so there is privacy. The room can comfortably fit a full-size bed, dresser, and more if needed. An air-conditioner is available for your use.
You would be living with two twenty-something female roommates both working from home PLUS a cat named Koda 😊 We are covid conscious people, open-minded, and communicative who like occasional Harry Potter binging nights!
