I absolutely love music. Hip Hop and R&B is my favorite. I am quiet, although pretty outgoing once you get to know me. I enjoy my privacy, so please don't take it personal. I am very passionate about children and babies and am on the medical school track. Cleanliness is a must. Im a night owl for sure. In addition I am a member of a historically black sorority ( Z-Phi!) and am very much family oriented. Also I'm pretty tall (5'11)

Room for rent Brooklyn Brownstone
Location: Thisbeautiful Brownstone is in a very ideal location. If you are familiar with this historical neighborhood of BedStuy then you will truly appreciate the culture. Literally steps away from the Kingston/Throop subway station you can get anywhere by multiple means of transportation. There is also residential parking so if you are tied to your car, no worries. We’re located minutes away from beautiful brunch spots, grocery stores, convenient stores, practically anything you would need you can get within a very short walking distance. This space is also located just 10 minutes from the Barclays center (if you’re a sports fan) and downtown Brooklyn. The location is optimal!
Pets: I have a tiny Yorkipoo named Pepsi, he’s very friendly, very well trained but he stays in my room only.
Roommates: The apartment is a 4 bedroom; we currently have space for two new roommates. My roommate Charlie and are looking for someone, clean lol. Respects common spaces, do what you will in your own space (as long as it doesn’t affect the whole apartment). But most importantly respect for each other is what we value in the most. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly home.
I work as a Clinical Research Scientist at NYU Langone and am Premed. I am very considerate especially when it comes to the common spaces. I am very friendly and enjoy different perspectives, but enjoy being in my own space most of the time. I enjoy listening to music and love at home workouts.
We generally have different schedules so it’s never a problem with being to crowded.
Amenities: Rooftop access. Laundry in building. Central air and AC. We pay for gas and electric, but we try to be energy efficient. We have a nice size backyard and very friendly neighbors
