Looking for a roommate to share my spacious 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Astoria.
The room available is a Medium-sized bedroom with great natural light, and comfortably fits a queen-size bed with room for additional furniture. Includes a small closet and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.
There's also a shared living room and cozy kitchen with dining space.
The apartment is on a the first floor of a two floor walk up on a quieter residential block just around the corner from bustling Broadway, so there are tons of great restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and everyday essentials within a few minutes' walk.
Laundry is just a block away, and the Broadway N/ W station is about a 5-minute walk. It's a great balance of being close to everything while still having a quieter place to come home to.
Rent: $1,750/month not including utilities+ $1750 refundable
security deposit (3,500 to move in)
Move-in: September 1st (somewhat flexible)
About me: I'm 32 and work full-time in luxury retail and hospitality.
I'm pretty outgoing, communicative, and considerate.
Very mindful of keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable and prefer to have a shared space that feels like home and not just a crash pad.
Ideally looking for someone similarly communicative, respectful , and easy to live with.
