I’m looking to move ASAP. I’ll be starting a phd program in August. I’m kind, quiet, and respectful of others’ space. As I’ll be a student and teaching I will probably be out most of the week but there might be the occasional time when I work from home. I believe home should be peaceful and relaxing. I always clean up after myself and love having a clean home. I like to read, watch movies, listen to podcasts and listen to music. I do also bake from time to time.

Security is very big for me and would prefer a roommate who shares a similar sentiment. I’m looking for a roommate who is kind, clean, respectful, and a good communicator. I am open to being friends with a roommate but I’m also fine with someone who generally wants to be left alone.
