New to NYC and quickly on the apartment hunt.

Ideal set up would be to find roommates who become lifelong friends but I'm a respectful pragmatist and as a minimum would hope for a safe and tolerant environment.

Having lived alone for several years I am a tidy person and do like to maintain a high standard of cleanliness which I would hope to have matched.

I work in finance and am very logical and structured, but equally a creative at heart which makes for I like to think an eclectic mix.

Having come from Ireland, I do enjoy a social drink and very much plan on enjoying all the city has to offer during my time here so again would love to find a roommate with a similar outlook.

Ideal Move in date would be from middle of May.
