Gracie R - $900/month

I really have no other requests than to keep the shared space tidy, I tend to do my own thing but that doesn't mean I'm closed off from being good friends :) I currently live with 3 other roommates and would definitely prefer just having one roommate. I don't mind sharing household goods and groceries as long as there has been some type of agreement and I am very understanding of any concerns said about me. I have no pet allergies and as long as the place is well taken care of after pets I do not mind.
