I've always been a night owl. I generally watch the late-night shows (Stewart, Kimmel, and Myers and usually fall asleep during Myers. My official office hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, but I rarely book consultations (Zoom or in person) before noon. I practice Estate Planning law, so I don't really have deadlines, and I never have to go to court. I love live music, and I still go to shows. If you're a hungry one, I'll occasionally make big meals (Pot Roast, Pasta Sauce, Chili, Soups, and Stews) that we can eat on for days. I have a PlayStation in the living room for breaks - or to play sometimes, but no one would describe me as a 'gamer.' My 5-year-old pupper Nova, the Destroyer, likes to lie around the house and the yard. She is super low maintenance, but doesn't mind tummy rubs and ear scratches now and then. There are sports bars close by, and sometimes I will go watch the Houston teams. I'm the dreaded Straight White male, but I'm no Christian Nationalist, and all genders and sexual orientations are welcome here. I have a great entertainment center for music and movies. I need a couple of hours - when you're not here - to play my music loudly.

3 bedroom, 1 bath share for rent. I use one bedroom for an office, but I mainly use it for Zoom meetings and in-person, 1-hour consultations, so it's free for you to use most of the time. I have a 75-pound female Rottweiler who is great with people, but it takes her a couple of days to get used to other animals. I have a large fenced-in yard with a car access gate. I park on the street, so you can have a driveway/garage. When the gf moves out, I'm going to get an over/under washer and dryer. It has a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. 7 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood is stylin'. Almost everything you need is within 2 miles: HEB, Fresh Plus, Walmart, restaurants by the 100s, sports bars, etc. I have a really nice Denon AVR wired to a Klipsch Dolby Atmos 7.1 setup in the living room with a PlayStation, but other consoles can be hooked up. There's an extra room next to the living room that my gf uses as an office - which you can use for whatever you want. I'm tidy, but not obsessive. I have a generally positive attitude...looking for the same. I'm not worried about your gender or any of the other statuses as long as you're generally chill/positive.
