Hey,

I am Johan. I am a writer-researcher moving to the states in June 2021. My fiancé lives in Beaverton, Or, and we've decided to have separate living quarters for the first 6 months of my stay there. This is for several personal reasons - feel free to ask.

I have a temporary pr-contract with an agricultural company upon arrival and will be working from home and/or hot desking.

I am a neat, disciplined and hard working person with great respect and love for personal space and boundaries. I communicate well and have a smidgen of a sense of humor early mornings which warms up with the sun. I do however make a point of finding something funny at least twice every day. Sometimes i might even audibly laugh at those. My love for personal space and boundaries are no burden to personal interaction and finding common ground on social platforms - i am certainly not a hermit and do enjoy having company, actually.

If my wish is granted by the powers that be, i will be reincarnated as a dog or a cat in my own house the very day that i pass my last breath as a man. I love them four legged creatures! I struggle with pet snakes, rodents and birds though ...

By the time i arrive in the US, i would most probably be vaccinated. Also against Corona!
I will be renting for 6 months initially.
