Looking for a female roommate to split a pretty first floor apartment in a fourplex type building with me. The open room as a private attached bathroom. Utilities (water, electricity, and WiFi) are included in the rent.

The common areas are already furnished, but if you have a couple pieces we might be able to come to a compromise to change some things.

The place is a quiet, nice neighborhood and it’s really close to several grocery stores. The stone hill center is just up the way too with a theater and more shopping. It’s very close to 130 and 45, so convenient for bypassing some traffic.

The apartment has a workout room, pool, and dog park. If you have a dog you’ll have to pay your own pet fee plus $15/month pet rent.

I’m allergic to cats, so unfortunately I can’t live with cats. I also can’t handle smoking either. Otherwise I’m pretty flexible. I’ve lived happily with roommates in the past and I grew up with sisters, so I know how to share a space-it’s even easier when you don’t have to share a bathroom!

In order to live here you will have to pass a background check and be approved by the office.
