2-story, 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2k sq ft. Newly remodeled pool.
two living areas, back patio, and second story deck. Kitchen with anything you need. Washer/dryer, Google fiber WiFi. Shared bathroom, there is also a half bath downstairs.

The neighborhood: Near Brodie and Wm Cannon. Close to TOne block from HEB (grocery), Walgreens, and a couple of miles from Whole Foods. Central Market, etc. There are trails in the greenbelt that are nicely maintained by Sunset Valley. The neighborhood is quiet. Street parking available.
The roommates: This is a co-ed all-ages house. I work from home but also leave to meet with clients part of the day. The others work and are here sporadically. The house is clean, quiet, and we are all pretty laid back and mature. We are friendly but respect your privacy.
There are two kittens and two small, cute, friendly dogs here. We definitely need someone who is pet-friendly.
We are gay-friendly and pretty much everyone friendly. I hosted guests in this room through Airbnb for three years and have over 175 positive reviews. In fact, two of my roommates stayed here as Airbnb guests and wound up spending over two years here.
We are looking for an individual that is responsible, clean and easy going - that doesn't have a lot of stuff since there is no storage other than your room. Must have references. ***Sorry, no more pets.
