I've got a 3021sq ft house in Mountain's Edge with TWO open rooms and would be psyched about a roommate who is some combo of yogi/climber/kiteboarder/mountain biker/weight lifter/crossfitter/hiker/mountaineer/traveler/watersports enthusiast.
HOW MUCH
1050/mo for private bath attached to room. 950/mo for room with shared bath or 1650 for both rooms as an individual. Couples can rent both rooms for $2000.
THE HOUSE
New house. Quiet neighborhood. Hot tub and cold plunge. Big kitchen, new appliances. Upstairs washer/dryer. Living room with movie projector, dining room, and a loft that's basically a second living room. All common areas are furnished. Space for solitude when you want it and social areas when you don't.
WHERE
On blue diamond rd, last row of houses before it turns to desert. 12 min to Uncommons and Durango Station, 15 to Red Rock Canyon. Lots of parks and restaurants nearby.
WHO'S HERE
Me (44m) and one roommate (38m). He's an entrepreneur, runner, leads the Las Vegas chapter of a networking group. We're clean, direct, physically active, neither of us drink alcohol. There's also a very, VERY chill dog named Rocket.
