The downstairs part of the home would be the area where the room is located that you would be renting which is a separate area from my upstairs. My home is a unique floor plan so my kitchen is upstairs which you are more than welcome to use at any time. There are also two living rooms inside of the home one main one upstairs and one smaller one downstairs. My former roommate had her own mini refrigerator downstairs in her bedroom which made it so much easier for her so you can set it up how you prefer. Bedroom is a really good size, it's actually bigger than a standard size bedroom. Looking for someone who is CLEAN, QUIET, RESPONSIBLE, CAN FOLLOW RULES, AND PAY THEIR RENT ON TIME.
