It’s a 2bd/ 1 bath(which means shared), living room, dining room, and kitchen, one parking space, a rear balcony, yard, some storage and W/D in the basement. The room for rent is roughly 13’ x 14’. There is not a private entrance.
If you lack furniture, discussion can be had regarding accommodating.
The apartment is located in the Oak Square area accessible to MTBA: 57 Kenmore to Watertown, 64 Brighton to Cambridge, 501/503 Express to Downtown. Near the YMCA, some bars and restaurants.
