We have one available room in a beautiful apartment in Brighton, close to Oak Square. It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath with 2 living rooms, huge renovated kitchen, front porch AND back porch! Pets aren't allowed, but we do live next to a large park where dogs frequent. 10 minutes to BC (and green line), 5-10 minute walks to many bus routes that will get you to Downtown, Kenmore, LMA, Harvard, etc.

Lease options: We need someone starting 6/1-9/1 with option to resign in September.

We are willing to do a video walk through via FaceTime or Zoom to show you the space and neighborhood.

Price: $1025, utilities are less than $100/month

Coin-op laundry in the basement.

One of the roommates will be away for the summer so there will only be 2 other people here. Everyone is mid-late 20s female working professionals.
