Solana Beach living
The apartment comes semi furnished but the bedroom available would not be. You have a personal detached bathroom, though no tub. The apartment is pretty spacious and the neighbors are mellow. It is facing the street so there is some noise but nothing to intense. The apartment gets great exposure to daylight, we’ve all lived places where it can feel dull at the brightest of times. Not this place. It is located right by the Del Mar Race Track and is a mile from the beach and about a mile to Cedros. There is a washer and dryer on the complex, I have never had an issue with being able to do laundry. There is a pool and Jacuzzi in the Venter of the complex and the grounds are well maintained by the property manager and colleagues. Right now the lease ends 19th of July which you would be able to take over if you wanted otherwise looking for a roommate up until that date. Before you move in all the carpets etc will be freshly cleaned upon your arrival.
