*I am not interested in a roommate that works from home. Must have fulltime job outside the house.
Rent is $775 for your half and then split utilites.
I am within walking distance of a park, zoo and shopping. 8 miles from downtown.
Hardwood floors, ceiling fan, closet in room. Storage closet in hallway. Outdoor storage shed.
