I am a singer/song-writer here in the Nashville area. One of my roommates (30) and I (26) are looking to rent out one of the rooms in our 3-bedroom house. The house has 2.5 bathrooms where the person who rents the room will share one of the bathrooms and the half bath. We have a house full of girls besides our 2 large-sized boy dogs. Both of us are fairly busy people, but we would love to become friends with our new renter! We love music, true crime, coffee, movie nights in, and, of course, dogs!

We have a room for rent in a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in Antioch. The renter would share one whole bath and the half bath downstairs. There are a few pictures attached, but the walls have since been painted white in all of the rooms. We are located in a safe, nice neighborhood that is close to restaurants, a movie theatre, and grocery stores. We have a fenced in backyard with both a front and back porch. There is already a washer and dryer in the home and plenty of furniture and kitchen utensils and appliances. The rent payment amount covers rent, utilities, and Wi-Fi. It varies some throughout the year based on the weather, so $900 is an average.
