Hi, I'm Eoin! I am an Irish guy who just finished a master's at the University of Cambridge in England. I am moving to New York to begin a research position in the Department of Physics at NYU for a year. I'm looking for a 12-month lease/sublet that starts around the 1st of September.

I am excited to explore New York, make new friends, and have a lot of fun! In my spare time I like to cook, listen to live music, thrift shop, visit museums, hit up beer gardens, and watch Netflix.

I've lived with housemates for the past five years (this ain't my first rodeo!). I like to keep my room clean, I'm as quiet as a mouse, and I am very considerate towards others in the house.

I'm also fully vaccinated!
