Jesse W - $800/month

Hey guys, I'm Jesse. Looking to make a plunge and move out to Denver around April but I'm flexible. I'm a very laid back guy and I like to do a combination of be lazy around the apartment and go on adventures. I don't go out to bars or anything too much but every now and then I like to go and have a fun time out. If I have to be honest, I'm not the neatest person in the world, but I do clean up after myself. I tend not to drink or smoke too much but I do partake a decent amount. When I get out there, I won't really have friends since most of mine will be halfway across the country but I enjoy hanging out with people and sometimes entertaining. However, I'm not the only person living there obviously so I will always check in with you. I'm here to compromise, I want to be friends with my roommates, and I'll do my best not to overstep. Overall, I'm very relaxed and am very excited about starting a new chapter in my life and finding yet another way to enjoy my 20s.
