I'm pet friendly, I enjoy hanging out with my friends. I work full-time, I like maintaining a clean, calm environment. I would occasionally have guests but no more than 3 over. I am somewhat of a night owl, but I am not a noisy resident. I will be attending college, soon a majority of it will be online considering I do want to focus my time on working.
