I am a 27 year old male, graduating with my masters in a few weeks, and beginning work in Wilmington, De in June. I’m seeking a newer, clean apartment in northern Delaware and a roommate to help keep costs low. I have a list of nice apartments with availability that I am very interested in and can share those as well. I’m looking at places that are no more than $1300 total. I’d also prefer at least a two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, though 2 bathrooms would be great.
