I'm looking for a room to rent beginning at the end of April. I'm in the market due to a divorce early last year. I am currently living with some male roommates, but their cleanliness standards leave a lot to be desired. No pets, kids are grown and on their own. Currently work in IT and generally keep quiet and inconspicuous.

No drama and nothing weird. Simply looking for someone/some place easy going and somewhere close to my work.

I'll gladly provide any additional information needed. I also am very handy and don't mind doing anything to maintain or improve my surroundings. I have a clean criminal history as I was a police officer before going into IT.

I do have some crappy credit due to the divorce, which is in all honesty why I'm looking for a room versus my own apartment.

Might also help that I am an amazing cook and can help out in that area as a bonus.
