Seeking non smoker, non covid denier, reliable roommate for 13 month lease.

Nice patio, large living room, nice kitchen, washer / dryer in unit (my appliances), generous pantry space. You will have a private bedroom, and full bathroom, walk in closet, carpet floor, ceiling fan.

Rent fluctuates with the water bill. It is $1600.00 with out the water. Split two ways makes it $800.00 I will be paying more than you. Utilities will be split 50/50. With my present roommate that has been around $110 - $130 a month. That includes Cable, WiFi, HBO Max (included with the tv and internet, not additional), and electricity in that estimation.

I am a non smoker, no drugs, military veteran that enjoys shows, movies, video games and studying.

There may be an application fee and deposit with the front office that is outside of my control. We will both be signing the lease together, they do 13 month leases.
