Hi - I'm Kate!

I work in marketing for a tech company and travel for both work and fun and have occasional weekends home upstate where I'm from. I've got a strong group of friends in the city so don't need to be best friends with my future roommate but I wouldn't mind that either. It would be nice to be able to enjoy each other's company and hang out sometimes.

I'm extremely clean in common spaces as well as in my own. I would like the same from my roommate. I appreciate open communication and zero drama.

Personality wise I'm between introvert and extrovert. I love spending time with people but definitely like to have some down time alone to recharge. Home is something I value a lot so would love to have it be a lovely place that looks nice and is super comfortable to be in. I like to have a friend or two over for dinner/wine once in a while but generally like home to be more oasis than party central. Don't mind the occasional out of town guest either. i do like to cook but with my schedule it's usually about half the evenings for a quick meal and the rest are take out or I have a work event.
