I'm a current college student beginning law school next year. I'm from the city and currently living at home. I assume I'll be crazy busy with school, but definitely would like a roommate who's down to go out on some weekends and have a good time! I currently live with two other girls and the situation is great, but I've lived with guys before too and haven't had any issues. I'm looking for someone who is pretty easygoing and wants a roommate that they can be friends with, not just say hi to in the kitchen.

I'm happy to keep the house quiet on weekdays (preferable), but I won't mind a few friends over if you ask before and weekends are a non-issue as long as it's not crazy. I do smoke weed, but I have a pen so it won't stink up the house at all, plus I've lived at home over quarantine, so I'm quite conscious of smell if it bothers you. I don't mind a glass of wine (or three), but I'll probably be keeping that to weekends.

I'm super pet friendly, so if you have a pet I'd be happy to help you take care of it! Otherwise, I'm considering a cat, but if that's a dealbreaker, I'm totally fine being petless.

I will be fully vaccinated by move-in and would prefer a roommate who is vaccinated or planning on doing so.
